- Upscale log cabin accommodations.
- All meals, including dinner on day of arrival and breakfast on day of check-out.
- Unlimited guided horseback riding – every morning and afternoon (Mon-Fri).
- Full multi-sport program.
- Shooting sports (archery, clay pigion and rim fire)
- River Rafting *July and Aug only
- Guided hike , E-Bike tours & mapped hiking trails, & mountain biking.
- Fly fishing equipment and unlimited access. fishing opens June 15th on the river.
- River Rafting is not available in Spring or Fall (July -Aug only).
- All ranch amenities -indoor heated swimming pool, hot tut, fitness facility & tennis.
- Full evening entertainment program.
- Transfer to and from Cranbrook Regional Airport. First shuttle is 1:30 on day or arrival, last shuttle is 11:30 am on day of departure.
Check-in Sunday from 3pm to 6:30pm Check-out by 10:30 AM
Following options not included in all rates:
Guided fly fishing trips on the St. Mary’s River (Fishing is best mid July – Oct)
Massage by appointment at lodge.
Local Golf – 5 major – 18 hole courses within 20 minutes of the ranch
Private & semi-private riding lessons – ranch arena
Full service bar – Beer, wine list etc.
If you’re planning off ranch adventures you will need to rent a car.
RIDING ELIGIBILITY
Riders must be in good physical condition. We recommend that all riders have the physical ability to ride a peddle bike for the equivalent amount of time. All riders must be a min of 6 years old at time of travel. Riders cannot exceed 260 lbs. Riders who are unable to mount unassisted from the ground may not be eligible for fast rides. It is the guest responsibility to consult with their doctor prior to travel should they have any medical or physical condition that could effect their ability to ride. Riding is a physical activity. Riders, staff and horses safety will always be our first priority. Three Bars Ranch reserves the right to refuse activities to anyone we deem unsafe. Riding boots are required for all riders. Boots are available for rent in the ranch store, $35 for the week. Riding helmets are highly recommended and available at no charge for anyone who chooses to wear one. Anyone under the age of 19 must wear an approved riding helmet when riding.
Liability Waiver
Everyone staying at Three Bars Ranch will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any ranch activities. You may review and sign the waiver here. Online Liability Waiver
Additional horseback riding specific waivers are also required. The horse back riding waiver will be reviewed and signed at ranch orientation. Please feel free to contact the ranch with any questions about our waiver requirements.
The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of activities due to weight, age or anything which may affect an individuals safety. If you are in question, contact the office before your trip and we will be happy to go over our activities with you.
AIRPOT SHUTTLES
Shuttles to and from the Cranbrook Airport are available any time after 2pm on your day of arrival, and before 11:30am on day of departure.
Anyone wishing to golf or do off-ranch sightseeing will require their own source of transportation.

Final Payment
Final payment is not due until check out.
We accept Visa, MAsterCard, Amex, Debit transfer. Cheques must be submitted in advance, as it can take up to 6 weeks to clear. We accept Canadian and US cash currency, US exchange rates are applied on day of payment.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations require a 25% deposit. Deposit can be made by Master Card, VISA, AMEX, transfer or cheque.
Cancellations must be received more than 120 days prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited. A $50 per person cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation prior to 120 day cut off. We’re sorry, no refunds less than 120 days prior to arrival. Groups of 8 guest or more will be required to pay additional 25% 90 days prior to arrival.
We are happy to move your reservation (without penalty) within the same calendar year provided we have availability.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for anyone concerned about needing to cancel last min.
CHILD RATES FOR 12 YEARS & AND UNDER
Kids must be 6 years of age to ride. Proof of age is required for all kids under 8 years. Riding helmets are provided and required for anyone riders under 12 years of age.
Riding boots required, or a boot with smooth sole and heel. All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability before being involved in any ranch activities.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The Canadian Dollar is at its lowest point in years, making Canada a great option.
All rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. All invoices and all charges at the ranch are in Canadian Dollars.

Please check that your medical or travel insurance will cover you and your family while traveling in Canada.
