CHECK-IN FROM 3PM TO 6:30PM CHECK-OUT BY 10:30 AM
RIDING ELIGIBILITY
Riders must be in good physical condition. We recommend that all riders have the physical ability to ride a peddle bike for the equivalent amount of time. All riders must be a min of 6 years old at time of travel. Riders cannot exceed 270 lbs. Riders who are unable to mount unassisted from the ground may not be eligible for fast rides. It is the guest responsibility to consult with their doctor prior to travel should they have any medical or physical condition that could effect their ability to ride. Riding is a physical activity. Riders, staff and horses safety will always be our first priority. Three Bars Ranch reserves the right to refuse activities to anyone we deem unsafe. Riding boots are required for all riders. Boots are available for rent in the ranch store, $35 for the week. Riding helmets are available at no charge for anyone who chooses to wear one and are highly recommended. They are mandatory for any under the age of 19y at time of travel. Anyone requesting to ride without a proper riding helmet must review the risk and sign an additional waiver. Please contact the ranch with any questions about our helmet policy.
Liability Waiver
Everyone staying at Three Bars Ranch will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any ranch activities. You may review and sign the waiver here. Online Liability Waiver
An additional riding specific waiver will also be required. The requirements of this waiver change from year to year based on our insurance providers. We will review this waiver during the ranch orientation.
The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of activities due to weight, age or anything which may affect an individuals safety. If you are in question, contact the office before your trip and we will be happy to go over our activities with you.
Final Payment
Final payment is not due until check out.
We accept Visa, MAsterCard, Amex and Debit. Cheques and Bank transfers must be submitted in advance, as it can take up to 6 weeks to clear. 2% cash discount is available to anyone paying with cash. We accept Canadian and US currency, US exchange rates are applied on day of payment.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations require a 25% deposit. Deposit can be made by Master Card, VISA, AMEX or cheque.
Cancellations must be received more than 90 days prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation prior to 90 day cut off. We’re sorry, no refunds less than 90 days prior to arrival.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for anyone concerned about needing to cancel last min.
TAXES AND DETAILS
6.2% tax and 10% service fee will be added to all packages.
GRATUITIES
All gratuities are covered in the service fees.
CHILD RATES FOR 12 YEARS & AND UNDER
Kids must be 6 years of age to ride. Proof of age is required for all kids under 8 years. Riding helmets are provided and required for anyone riders under 12 years of age.
Riding boots required, or a boot with smooth sole and heel. All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability before being involved in any ranch activities.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE
The Canadian Dollar is at its lowest point in years, making Canada as great option.
All rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. All invoices and all charges at the ranch are in Canadian Dollars.
AIPROT SHUTTLES
Shuttles to and from the Cranbrook Airport are available any time after 2pm on your day of arrival, and before 11:30am on day of departure.
Anyone wishing to golf or do off-ranch sightseeing will require their own source of transportation.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Please check that your medical or travel insurance will cover you and your family while traveling in Canada.
