Three Bars Guest Ranch adventures are designed to be busy from the moment you arrive to the day you depart. This ranch vacation takes all the worries out of what we will do each day and how much it will cost in the end. Your ranch adventure does not have hidden costs, the prices listed below include your ranch accommodations, three meals a day and your activity schedule.

Spring and Fall Adventure Packages

Spring & Fall Guest Ranch weekly packages include:

• Log cabin accommodations, dinner Sunday – 3 meals a day for stay and breakfast on day of check-out. 
• Guided horseback riding every morning and afternoon (Mon - Fri), kids welcome.
• Guided hikes & mapped hiking trails, mountain biking, & tennis.
• Indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub
• Fly fishing equipment - fishing opens June 15th on the river.
• Evening entertainment - this time of year tends to be more social and relaxed such as campfires.
• Transfer to and from Cranbrook Regional Airport.
• Raft trips can be arranged this time of year with a local company that will pick you up at the lodge for an additional charge. 
• Packages do not include tax. 6.2% tax will be added. No single supplement during Spring/Fall.
• There are no activities included on day of arrival or departure.

2009 Ranch Summer Adventure Packages

 

Summer Adventure Guest Ranch weekly packages include:

• Log cabin accommodations, dinner Sunday or day of arrival.
• 3 meals a day for stay and breakfast on day of check-out. 
• Guided horseback riding every morning and afternoon (Mon-Fri).
• Kids horse program.
• Guided River Float Trip
• Guided hike & mapped hiking trails, mountain biking, & tennis.
• Indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub
• Fly fishing equipment - fishing opens June 15th on the river.
• Evening entertainment - such as volleyball games, wrangler deal fun casino, fire engine games and campfires.
• Transfer to and from Cranbrook Regional Airport.
• Raft trips can be arranged this time of year with a local company that will pick you up at the lodge for an additional charge. 
• Packages do not include tax. 6.2% tax will be added. Single supplement of $200 per week for one person in a room.
• There are no activities included on day of arrival or departure.

 

Following options not included in all rates:

• Guided fly fishing trips on the St. Mary’s River (Fishing is best mid July on)
• Massage by appointment at lodge.
• Clay pigeon–at ranch
• Local Golf – 5 major 18 hole courses within 20 minutes of the ranch
• Private & semi-private riding lessons – ranch arena
• Full service bar – Beer, wine list etc.
• If you're planning off ranch adventures you will need to rent a car.

Deposits & Cancellations Reservations require a 25% deposit. Deposit can be made by Master Card, VISA, or cheque. Deposits are non-refundable. We will, however, transfer the deposit to another stay in the same year. Cancellations must be received more than 90 days prior to arrival or deposit is forfeited. We're sorry, no refunds less than 90 days prior to arrival.		Currency Exchange All rates are based on double occupancy and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. All invoices and all charges at the ranch are in Canadian Dollars. Click on the Calculator for an online Currency Converter.		Taxes and Details Add to all rates 5% goods & services tax and 1.2% bed tax. Child Rates for 12 years & under. Kids must be 6 years of age to ride. Proof of age is required for all kids under 8 years. Riding boots required or a boot with smooth sole and heel. All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability before being involved in any ranch activities. The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of activities due to weight, age or anything which may affect physical abilities. If you are in question, contact the office before your trip and we will be happy to go over our activities with you. Anyone wishing to golf or do off-ranch sightseeing will require their own source of transportation.
