Calgary Stampede July 8th - 17th
For 10 days in early July the city of Calgary plays host to the largest outdoor show and rodeo in the world. The Calgary Stampede is 10 days of rodeo, chuck wagon racing, musical concerts, and carnival. Located 4.5 hours drive from the ranch, with the beautiful Banff National park on route, the Calgary Stampede is a great way to kick off or rap up a Three Bars Vacation. Cranbook Pro Rodeo Aug 19th - 20th- 21st
Every August the city of Cranbrook plays host to the Pro Rodeo Circuit. The rodeo runs evening performances Friday and Saturday and an afternoon performance on Sunday. The friday night proformance is a great way to wrap up your week at the ranch. Staff and guests enjoy the wild, up close action alike. For guests arriving on Aug 15, if you can arrive in town a little early, you can take in the afternoon performance before checking in at the ranch.
